Payment
At JAKS GARAGE, we offer a variety of payment methods, including credit card, bank transfer, installment payments, and deferred payment. Please choose the payment method that best suits you when you shop.

Payment by credit card
When placing an order, we ask you to enter your credit card number and process the payment in real time. Depending on the results, you may not be able to pay with your credit card. Please be aware of this in advance.
Accepted cards and payment methods
VISA, MASTER, JCB, American Express
*Please use a card in your name.
*When entering or sending your credit card number, it is encrypted (SSL), so you can use your credit card safely.
*We are unable to investigate the reason for your refusal as this is your personal information. Please contact your card company directly. -

Paying with Apple Pay
Apple Pay is a payment method that allows you to make purchases using the credit card registered in the Wallet app.
*To use Apple Pay, you must first set up a credit card.
*Electronic money (Suica, iD, QUICPay, etc.) cannot be used.

Paying with Google Pay
Google Pay is a payment method that allows you to make purchases using a credit card registered to your Google Account or the Google Pay app.
*If you do not have a Google account, you can register as a member on the Google account page and use the service after registering your credit card.
*Available on Android devices (OS version 5.0 or later), iOS devices, and PCs.
*The Google Pay app can only be used on Android devices. -
Payment via Shop Pay
Shop Pay is a safe and fast payment method that allows you to make purchases using a credit card registered in the Shop Pay app.
*If you do not have a Shop Pay account, you can register as a member on the account page of the payment screen and use it after registering your credit card.
*If you purchase with Shop Pay, we will provide you with free carbon offset. -
Payment via PayPal Express Checkout
Paying through PayPal Express Checkout is a payment method that allows you to purchase items using your PayPal account balance or credit card.

Bank transfer (KOMOJU)
Bank transfer (KOMOJU) is a payment method where you transfer the product price by bank transfer. Enter your name, email address, and phone number, and the bank account information for the transfer will be displayed on the payment screen, so please follow the instructions to make the transfer.
About delivery and shipping charges
If you purchase over 11,000 yen (tax included), we will deliver your order anywhere in Japan free of charge.
Shipping costs are 750 yen nationwide. We will ship your order within 1-3 business days.
*Additional charges may apply for Okinawa and remote islands.

About shipping
Your ordered items will be shipped via Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express.
Once the shipping procedure is complete, we will send you an email stating that your item has been shipped today. The shipping slip number will be included, so please contact the shipping company regarding delivery.
*It may take some time for the shipping status to be reflected.
If you have any inquiries regarding changes to the delivery address or expected delivery date and time after the product has been shipped, or if the product has not arrived by the specified time, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please check the tracking number and contact the delivery company directly.
Please note: *You cannot specify the delivery company.
*Free shipping may not be available to some areas, including remote islands.
*Shipping costs to Okinawa are 2,500 yen (tax included).
We appreciate your understanding regarding the above.
Cancellations, returns and exchanges
Orders cannot be canceled or changed after they have been completed.
If you refuse to receive the product after completing your order for your own reasons, we will refund the full amount of the product price (including tax). We will not refund the round-trip shipping fee or other costs. Please note in advance.

If you receive a defective item
If you receive a defective product or a product that is different from what you ordered, we will exchange it as soon as possible. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and we will explain how to proceed. We will cover the shipping costs for the return.
*Please note that we will not be able to respond if you do not contact us within the response period.
We will contact you by email regarding the handling of the returned product once we have confirmed the defective part. If the inspection finds no defects, we will return the product to you at our expense.
In addition, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
1) Products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago
2) Used or opened products
3) Products with lost invoices
4) Products that have become dirty, scratched or damaged while in the customer's possession
5) If the condition of the product when you return it is significantly different from when it was delivered (including the box and accessories).
